By creating an account or using ReelListing, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content you do not own or lack rights to, infringe intellectual property, submit unlawful or misleading listings, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
Your content
You retain ownership of the property media and details you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and render that content into video showcases as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use all uploaded media.
Generated videos
Videos produced through the service are provided for your real estate marketing use. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from their use.
Fees and billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Service availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any reason with notice where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
